Lisa-Jane Holmes

Fitness Instructor

I am a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, and also hold REPS Level 2 in Fitness Instructing and Anatomy and Physiology. I am a worldwide certified Les Mills instructor for Body Pump and Body Attack and have been teaching classes at some of London’s most prestigious gyms for over 5 years. I was Fitness Manager for one of west London’s busiest health clubs for 18 months, running a gym floor, group exercise programme and swim timetable, and am also certified in Kettlebells, Powerplate and Nutrition for Sport and Exercise. I hold full Instructor's Public Liability insurance (to the value of £5million) and am fully licenced to train by Hammersmith and Fulham Council and Hyde Park via the Royal Parks. I am a Brand Ambassador for Reebok UK Cardio Ultra trainers and a Brand Ambassador for the Figurite Anti Cellulite system. I am committed to my on-going training and education and seek to constantly improve my knowledge.

Kate Nelson BSc

Nutritionist and Dietitian

Kate Nelson BSc is a registered Dietitian and RD Nutritionist with a wide breadth of experience in both adult and children's nutrition. She is a member of the British Dietetic Association and is registered with the Health Professions Council.

Kate set up the Inspire Dietetic Consultancy after many years of working in the NHS. She has worked in a variety of nutritional and dietetic roles throughout her career and has specialised in both adult and paediatric dietetics in both hospital and community settings. Kate strives to use her expertise in diet and nutrition to promote health and to prevent and treat disease.

Inspire Dietetic Consultancy is based in Hertfordshire and serves clients across Hertfordshire, Essex, North and East London.

Suzan Altay

Yoga Instructor

Yoga is my greatest passion. To relax, exercise, meditate, experience, bring myself closer to me, or to socialise Yoga world is where I escape. As a yoga teacher, my aim is to join ideals of yoga transformation into my everyday life, work and relationships. Yoga helps to clear the unnecessary thoughts from the mind allowing it to become more focused & positive. The more relaxed and content the mind, the healthier and happier one will feel….By channeling the body, yoga allows us to understand the mental and emotional attitudes, to accept or let them go and free from the past. I have been practicing yoga for over 14 years. Started my journey with Barbara Hicks (Iyengar), then continued with Elena Voyce (Hatha), Jaqui Wan (Acroyoga), Jesse Saunders (Acroyoga), Kym Suttle (Hatha) and various other teachers in Ashtanga, Power and Vinyasa Yoga, where I learnt to live more skilfully as I move, explore, and connect with others. I teach Hatha Yoga to all levels in group (Currently in Financial Ombudsman Service-Marsh Wall, J.P. Morgan, Virgin Active-Canary Wharf) or private classes. I am also a Personal Yoga Trainer at Reebok Sports Club-Canary Wharf and a Thai Massage Therapist. I received my Yoga Alliance UK 200 teacher training certificate through Teach Yoga with Elena Voyce in 2009.
